Ecker + Ecker Winter School in Glasgow
Following a successful Summer School in August this year, the Ecker + Ecker Winter School, on the topic of EU HTA, starts directly after ISPOR Europe 2025. It will take place from 13th to 15th November in Glasgow.
Ecker + Ecker is especially excited to welcome our external experts:
- Alexander Natz (Legal Expert, EUCOPE), offering key insights into the regulatory and legal implications of the EU HTA framework.
- Antje Behring (AMNOG & EU-HTA Expert, payers GmbH) worked for over 13 years for the G-BA, the highest decision-making body of German health insurance and HTA authority. She has been actively involved in the development of the EU HTA framework.
- Daria Mari (Regulatory Affairs Expert, regenold GmbH).

Launch of the Accessus Health European HTA database
Ecker + Ecker and its European brand Accessus Health maintain an extensive European partner network of local experts, providing for 30 European countries the different national perspectives regarding market access and EU HTA.
In July 2025, Accessus Health launched a European HTA database developed in close collaboration with its network partners to facilitate straightforward HTA Landscaping Across Europe.
To this end, the database offers fast and easy access to HTA documents both from national HTA procedures in European countries and from joint assessments, bundled in one place, including documents on clinical evidence assessment, pricing & reimbursement, and health economic evaluations.
With country-specific data curated by local experts following one common methodology, it provides a comprehensive and consistent overview of relevant HTA documents, as available per country – to support preparation for EU HTA assessments and all European and local market access activities.
The database application offers intuitive, versatile search options to quickly identify relevant HTA procedures tailored to the user’s specific questions, including combinable search filters for the therapeutic area, regulatory information, the reimbursement status per country, and many more.
As of launch, the database already covers HTA documents from European key markets France, Germany, Italy, and Spain, and is continuously being expanded to achieve Europe-wide coverage.
