From gap analysis to integrated evidence-generation plan

🔧 PART 9: From gap analysis to integrated evidence-generation plan
Series: monthly news from the EU HTA workshop
🔍 A gap analysis, based on the consolidated assumed assessment scope (part 8 of our Tool News), helps identyfing current gaps in your evidence. Most companies already have integrated evidence-generation plans. Now it’s time to share your findings with the relevant departments to support and refine ongoing evidence-generation.
💡 Keep in mind: many countries outside the EU are closely watching EU HTA, so your evidence may have broader implications beyond Europe.
🔑 The key: the more transparent your gap analysis, the clearer the gaps, and the higher the willingness of the departments to support each other.
