EU HTA touches almost every corner of your company – from regulatory to global market access, clinical development, commercial and affiliates. Success depends on everyone knowing what is needed and when. And for that, you need a solid plan. 💪

💡 Start by mapping the key work packages: Strategy Development, Dossier Production, Statistical Analysis and Data Strategy, European Market Access and Pricing Strategy. Many of these work packages run in parallel. So, the earlier you have the full picture, the better. A good rule of thumb: begin planning about one year before your dossier submission for marketing authorization.

Next, place these work packages on a timeline and check:
✅ What can be done in parallel
✅ When to start
✅ Key milestones

Sharing this timeline across functions will help everyone pull in the same direction. And remember – review and update it regularly (at least quarterly) to stay ahead of unforeseen changes.
