🌍 Part 2: insights into our projects 🌍

One strategy does not fit all. How our network helped a global client with country-specific expertise.

🔍 Have a look insight another European market access project!

💰 Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, asked for our support in a pricing and reimbursement strategy for a reformulated product replacing a therapy facing imminent loss of exclusivity.

💪 The challenge:

While the objective was shared across markets, the starting point was not. Each country came with distinct pricing and reimbursement frameworks, pricing histories, competitive dynamics, and stakeholder expectations.

❓ The key questions:

With rapid generic uptake expected, there were two key questions.

1️⃣ Are target prices in France, Spain, and Ireland achievable?

2️⃣ And could new clinical evidence influence reimbursement?

Varying starting conditions led to different country-specific key questions.

🌐 How did our Accessus Health network help?

By leveraging our pan-European footprint and working closely with national pricing and reimbursement experts embedded in each local system, we developed country-specific analyses and recommendations tailored to these differences.

🎯 The outcome:

✅ Clear, evidence-based scenarios per country.
✅ Specific pricing and reimbursement strategies.
✅ Actionable guidance on timing, sequencing, and strategic levers.

Ultimately: successful pricing and reimbursement strategies are built locally and aligned globally.
