Think about your operating model!

Series: News from the EU HTA workshop
🔧 PART 5: Operating model
EUHTA is cross-functional. Who needs to be involved❓️
It is time to develop an operating model. We show you a step-by-step manual: 👇️
🔹 Define all roles within your company which need to be involved (e.g., EU HTA Project Lead, Program Medical Lead, Program Regulatory Lead, etc.).
🔹 Identify the required roles per work package and define the role content using RACI (responsible, accountable, consult, inform).
🔹 Estimate the potential workload per role and work package.
🔹 Agree on formats for project management, e.g., core team, extended team, affiliate team, and participants or corresponding team members.
🔹 Once you figured out the workload per role, you put names to each role.
🔹 Define ways of working for key-work packages.
🔹 Familiarize everyone by implementing dry runs.
